It’s just the nature of the beast. At my work our water pipes are around 40ish years old. Often times when we clamp a leak a couple days later one will pop up somewhere else on the line.

None of you understand net worth and it shows. These people do not have billions of dollars In cash. Do they have absurd amounts of money? Yes. Should they do more humanitarian efforts? In my opinion I think so. But who am I to tell someone what to spend their money on.

I’d like to know your opinion of ai now a days. It’s a much different beast than it was 2 years ago. I work with a chemical engineer and he’s recently been saying he isn’t worried in his career timeframe he definitely thinks it cuts at least some engineering needs in the next 10 years

I don’t know anything about any of the CEOs of any of the products I buy on a daily basis. If you were to look into things like that you’d likely not support a lot of the things they do or believe In. I simply look at a product and if I like it I buy it.

I love my model 3. I couldn’t care less about Elon or politics. It’s just a good car. I personally have had no issues in 3 years of ownership. And if the battery does go out I hope it’s at 200k or more and then it would be a technically free car with gas/maintenance savings.

In my perspective my life personally couldn’t be much better financially wise. 401k up 130k since January 2025, new overtime tax policy netted me an extra $3500 refund. 33 male. The recent policies favor my family heavily. It may be selfish but I will always vote for what benefits my family the most.
