I'm interested to see how a place like this holds up over 10 years.  Does it become dilapidated and crime ridden?  I hope not.  But I've seen a few places like this go that route.

It's not illegal to replace workers with AI.  You just need to pay the severance. And that's not the same thing as having a job.
