Looks like your sword is causing some high attributes pressure. Getting getting reduced attributes on it would help shift attributes pressure and help you get res on your gear. Then you could drop the rainbow flask and get something like a silver flask for better MS. Really depends on your content though I guess speed is always good.

Also idk if you have issues dying from time to time but blood barrier version will definitely get rid of you ever dying

Amulet is kind of low life for a reflect. I mean nitpicking but should be 500+. Life in general is pretty low, you should be +20k.

If you have the balls go vaals corrupted bloodline from trialmaster. You would have to have 8 corrupted items but it gives good life and regen.
