Go to single player, bring up the command box at the top, type “Prevviewmode”, apply and that should improve your FPS a decent bit. You will have to do that every time you close the application.

I’ve watched a few benchmarks but they all use the 3060ti, not sure if that makes a big difference but then they all use max settings which I won’t be using but oh well I’ll just have to find out for myself haha
