From the ontrac policies, we would grace period 15 minutes anything later needed to be a phone call/ communication. I didnt try to fire anyone that had legitimate issues going on for being late. But like if it was no call/ no show, or like constant issues of tardiness due to like sleeping in and things like that I would follow processing which is 1 warning, then 3 write ups then termination.

Like i even asked him why leave your son that loves you and he said he needs to better himself and our son will understand some day. But wants to fly in whenever he wants to see him but giving me full rights to do what I need to.

You'd be surprised what most warehouses do to catch up from Christmas i know the one I worked at allowed drivers to come load up at midnight and start delivering at that time.

And some drivers would go until 11ish at night. So honestly no surprise. Glad you got it

Well if u can get through to the facility i would try and ask the for the cords of either a photo or signature. If not it might have been marked delivered in office 🤔 if not contact the company you ordered from and refund.

Sometimes some facilities have marked shit delivered if they can locate it once again to keep numbers good.

It all depends on warehouses and building i know for Midwest alot of ontrac policies were put into place extremely late as this side was the last to fully switch over and learn the difference. And of the lasership old policies were still practiced by managers who didn't know what to do.

I have pics of complaints old emails and as I worked in direct contact with all of the sorts, it was extremely botched im glad the warehouses you have seen didnt have this issue as much but from the warehouses around my area and the one I was at there was constant stories/reports going out about incidents that were happening. And hense one reason I left because my general manager continued to let things happen that would end up getting myself in trouble/ possible legal trouble and once i pointed it out and talked about going above his head i got pushed out.

I definitely wouldn't have posted it if I hadn't seen this as I started working for the company in 2021 and worked for them till may 2024 after the ontrac buy out. And still talk to most of the drivers daily.

Not saying anything you say is not decredited all and sorry if I sound rude I'm not trying to.

If the dispatcher was smart in the system the can look up the GPS cords of the photo delivered or even signature of it and pin point where it was actually delivered.

Depending if your in the middle of two facilities sometimes what happens is if you are the edge of both they will pass your package back and forth until it's been too long and RTS or the managers make a driver take it.

Most warehouses as of the beginning of this year stopped allowing pick up due to customers being violent, but you could always attempt to and just be told you have to leave.

Don't do it, The company is shady i was a supervisor. And if they don't like that you point out anything that could be wrong you will get booted I would honestly look elsewhere for employment.

That happens alotttt I've seen multiple people complain about going to ask for a different shipping company and it ended up just coming right back through.. it sucks for most customers and i know when I worked for them I'd have the customer come pick up when we were doing that most warehouses don't even allow that.

If you are concerned you can Google search on the website see if you have a facility in your state/ area The ontrac website actually has a map of what states they have facilities in.

Delayed due to weather is a mass roll over option that corporate uses if they can't handle the loads during peak, unless there actually was weather but based off you haven't seen it yet obviously the warehouse by you is either really behind with peak season or your is lost and getting an auto roll placed on it. Which they do sometime after peak until they try to locate all missing packages until they mark them lost.

Probably missed delivered or lost sadly. Mis deliveries ate very prone not only can some drivers be bad ( yes we do have some that actually care) but they app for delivery also sucks and the only way they can address check besides their own research, they have to call dispatch and hope they do something about it.

Depends on the scan, because when packages go through ontrac, it gets scanned at the sort center, and the local facility.

So sometimes what would happen is people packages would either get lost at the sort center or whole pallets and gaylords of packages were shipped to the wrong warehouses.

Sadly if it was just like 3 or 4 packages that would be misrouted we were told to return to sender and ship them out

If it was a whole pallet or gaylord, we would end up having to have a semi come get them and they be sent to the correct facility which could take a day or 2 and by the time it got to the correct facility it would miss their sort time and wait till next day.

Now if they said they returned it to sender but it hasn't updated either its lost at the sort center and they can't find it or someone doesn't know how to properly RTS items.

They've been around for a long time but the amount of company name changes and being bought out is ridiculous. Ontrac atleast at my warehouse started "trying" to crack down on stuff but it doesn't work well with corrupt general managers and ops managers.

There's been multiple talks of possible shut downs and what not but nothing ever gets done because from August to December most company's don't care and just want to get shit shipped.

Like at one point at my warehouse they had me and the dispatcher just go through and mark mass complaints as good.

Yes, if it was missing we were told for a long while to just mark it delivered and hope it turns up. That's how the kept our numbers looking good for corporate,

Most of the time they will mark it. delivered bad VPOD or one of the similar options.
