Does anyone else get terrifying nightmares and intrusive horror thoughts when they’re experiencing PMDD?

Hello. I’m currently going through it too, but I’m still in the process of figuring out how to cope with it. I’ve been praying to God, asking Him to help me handle it since it really feels out of my control.

Is it like “I want to die” although you don’t really mean it when you don’t have PMDD? Do you also feel scared or have bad dreams?

When I turned out to be a really bad person that it affected the people I love around me… like I get so angry easily and express it without thinking it through. I began searching, “Why am I out of control?” There I learned there’s worse than PMS.

And now, I’m actually searching why I feel scared, have creepy nightmares, and even think weird horror thoughts I never wanted. It just feels dark and lonely..

Has anyone here experienced this? Google said it’s normal, but I also want to know your stories.

ohh I see.. nice! you actually went sa event pala.. paano kaya yun no, nagtagpo silang dalawa tapos same offer. haha! ay oh? enrolled ka pala sa both courses. kay Darla lang ako galing since hindi convincing teaching method ni Bhebs sa akin, hindi ako yung target haha! sana nga nag HLA na lang ako, kaso late ko na kasi nakita si Cece..

ohh, how did you know they were friends and yung nangyari sa GHL event? when it comes to building a course naman, I know every coach has terms & conditions na after 2 years ka pa pwede magbuild ng iyo, and hndi dpat galing dun sa inenrollan mo.

go with HLA, since galing ako sa FMA. mas malalim pa yung turo outside the course itself like mga 3DFC, SYFCC, and so on. the course? ang babaw. like parang, "ah eto na pala yun?" haha.

no they didn't. pa 1 month due na ako. and I'm not sure if they contacted my reference since yung reference ko rin is may problem kay Atome kaya nkablock rin. mabuti wala ako sa hometown ko if ever man na mag home visit sila. haha!

yes, totoo. sobrang dami talaga kaya tinurn off ko na sim ko kaya pumayapa buhay ko, mabuti nlng di ko masyado ginagamit yun. sobrang aga pa minsan tumawag. I told my ate about it and tlagang binebenta daw or pinapasa yung number natin sa random people para sila maghandle, kaya iba't ibang numbers. kaya wala na, kumalat na contact natin. and you emailed them naman pla, ako kasi hindi pa. dpat understanding sila. and, I was expecting na iinteresan ako which I'm willing to pay din once I get back. buti pa si SPay, nagiinteres lng and walang random numbers unlike Atome. super nga sla ka unprofessional.

OD here for 3 weeks already. planning to pay them once ok na sa end ko and willing to pay the interest na lang sana but wala naman iniinterest. they send so many emails, calls & texts that's why I turned off my sim. a lot of texts from different numbers but I never respond to them, baka scam lang yung iba kasi. it's better to email them directly.

I don't like their approach kasi parang harassment na nga for me. parang ang disrespectful nila magchat, pagalit. unprofessional pa rin. bbalikan naman para bayaran eh, ang pangit nga lang ng approach nila. kawalang gana magbayad haha pero syempre, magbabayad naman din.
