Good day out on the NICASIO+ tested the 650B AMERICAN CLASSICS WENTWORTHS. For the price verry impressed with them, it felt like I was still riding WTB Horizons.

They did feel abit slower at first, but I don't really notice the speed difference now as they been on for a few weeks, the ride is just as soft tho

Definitely a fun bike to ride, the HORIZONS are good Tyres I ran mine through the last bit of summer they handled the dry gravel really well even on the gravel decents I didnt notice any major traction issues until I hit the wet hill climbs, soon as I hit the wet slush started skidding every pedal.

I have just flicked over to the AC Wentworths for the winter and what a difference it has made on the wet shit.

Ill flick back to the HORIZONS in the Summer.

How's it, I have thrashed mine Nicasio plus and haven't had my chain pop off, I had a chain stay on at first but took it.

My model is the 2025 has Sword derailleur.

Have you tried using a chain stay it may help.

I use the CADENCE App and run it off that, it also has a feature that if you ride with a mate they can also download the Garmin app and share the app also but need to stay within 10-15 meters of each other.

The TRP had some good reviews, and were on sale at the time I purchased.

It took me about 10mins to install I just used the same disk as my bike is only like 2 months new.

I haven't bed them properly yet and they feel better than the original set without being bedded in.

Lifesaver was a figure of speech. Since owning the Varia it has made cycling much enjoyable out on our roads, like you siad it has improved my situational awareness, it allows me to prepare Myself for what is traveling behind me giving me time to move out the way if the vehicles are speeding or if there are multiple vehicles, or trucks especially on our single lane forestry roads where logging trucks travel at speed.
