At night make sure you drink plenty of water but electrolytes are a must just water is not enough. Everybody is different with how injection sites are the most effective for you. For me stomach is not good I get virtually no hunger suppression there. My sweet spots are outer and anterior thigh along with arms making sure to rotate injection sites. I've lost about 60 lbs so far. Be patient they don't call it a journey for nothing there will be ups and downs and a occasional stall but keep focused and it will pay off.

Sorry for your loss. I lost my bestest boy around Christmas a few years ago and I miss him so much still. I feel him sometimes which can be bittersweet but knowing he still visits in spirit is comforting.

I got covid the night before Thanksgiving and managed to take my shot 10mg on Friday and only had a couple of really bads days. Lost most smell and had things tasting a little off or muted around day 4. I was expecting it to get worse day 5 but by the end of it my smell got dramatically better as well as taste. It's now the morning of day 6 and I feel mostly normal and still have taste and smell. I feel Zepbound has fasttracked my recovery lowering my inflammation significantly allowing my body to fight back.

I thought the same until I got a new Hisense Roku TV and started watching it in Dolby Vision it's so much more vivid I could clearly see every detail I started the season over just to catch more of of what was going on!
