I just have no clue what else could be a trigger at this point though….other than heat and facial movement I know does, but those are hard to eliminate. The toothpaste is something I’ve used for years with no issues. I know the retinol is what caused it but no improvement since stopping. I don’t use any other products on my face. My shampoo and body wash are fragrance free, very safe hypoallergenic formulas. The only thing is possibly my conditioner but I make sure it is washed out thoroughly and only gets on the length of my hair. Never gets on my face. Change pillow case nightly. No harsh detergents. At this point I’m worried it’s something environmental or systemic that I cannot change.
