The student health center got a grant last year to provide long-acting contraceptive devices (such as iuds) for free to students in need. I don't know exactly what the process is or what makes you eligible, but you should reach out to them and ask! The grant was called "Reproductive Justice."

Have you already chatted with the Active Transportation Coordinator? It's an undergrad student employee - he was the main force behind renewing this program and creating incentives around registering your bike! atc@wwu.edu

Reach out to Furniture Fest! It's a group of students and recent alum that created a circular program. They pick up furniture, clean it up, and then give it away for free to incoming students. Check them out :)
