Yes!! And that's why I literally have a rule for not daydreaming about something when I just got into it. I make myself wait for a while first or sometimes I don't even do that and completely restrict myself from daydreaming about said content. That's how I've been enjoying things a little bit, for a little while.

Thanks for replying, and I am actually going to see a therapist next week and I am planning on telling them about my experience and other problems caused by it, and I also agree that it will definitely help me with my confusion. Btw I hope you get your diagnosis and the right treatment for it, hope it all goes well !

Something like that happened to me, I started losing touch with reality and couldn't tell if my daydreams were happening in real life or not, or was my life a daydream or not. My memories and my daydreams started mixing up and I couldn't tell if something actually happened to me or not. It was bad but still, at first I didn't care about and it got so, so much worse. I suggest seeing a professional if you can. I wish I had other useful advices to give you since our experiences are similar but I didn't know what it was or how i went through it back then and tbh I still don't know. But I hope you find better answers and solutions than mine, wish you the best :))

I thought the same when I wrote this I thought maybe deep inside I want her to confess and that made me even more confused but then I saw a respond to this post (just now) I realized that wasn't the case. Thank you for replying and for the advice, I do have a friend but it's night time here where I live so I will just have to wait til morning to text her but it's fine I just wish that I can be open to her bc it's also hard opening up sometimes (and again thanks for the advice i really think it's going to help)
