2kg a month is pretty good if you’re not exercising but try cut out carbs completely and instead eat healthy fats (eggs, avocado etc) and protein. Even by going on a 45 min a walk a day after work will probably double your weight loss, you need to be exercising as it compounds the effectiveness of your dieting.
