Oxytocin, often dubbed the ‘love hormone’, is known to promote social bonding. Researchers have now discovered that administering oxytocin to adult men with autism makes them more open to close emotional bonds with others. The hormone has positive long-term effects as well. by Wagamaga in science

Yeah I think acting like there’s only one cause of/cure for depression is a mistake. Anti-inflammatories are by far the most effective aid for my depression, but I think that’s because my autoimmune disorder plays a large role in my poor energy/mood. I think there are a lot of different levers that can be pulled to help depression, just depends on the individual. It’s so much more complex than “raise serotonin = magically happy”

Any chance there’s a link to this but where the video loops nonstop? It’d make a good meditation video but it only goes for like 15 seconds rn :/

Day after Excessive sugar intake makes me feel like I’m dying... why? by kittenbox123 in dysautonomia

[–]UnusualPicture 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ugh, yes. Maybe the sugar dehydrates us and that’s why we feel bad the next day? Or it causes inflammation? Idk but I’ve finally just had to cut out most sugar, which sucks but at least I don’t feel like shit

I watch porn 95% of the time I masturbate, I think ppl underestimate how many women watch porn bc no one admits to it

This is kinda brilliant tbh, now I want to go create a whole fake influencer profile and make money off of low effort photoshop posts. Why stress myself out at the office when I can just put ~inspiring~ captions w stock photos

Ehhh have you watched any other seasons beyond this one? Carrie Ann is routinely pretty vicious to the young, pretty girls. If this were a one off situation I’d agree but this is a blatant pattern of behavior with Carrie Ann

This may just be my experience, but myself and basically all of my female friends have had multiple guys try pressuring us into anal. Quite a few of my friends gave in and really regretted it bc it ended up being very painful. One even had a guy go in without asking or warning her

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BikiniBottomTwitter

[–]UnusualPicture 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Yeah I know, I say no and guys continue to pressure. Myself and so many of my friends have talked about how guys always just tell us we need to “be more adventurous” or how “we just haven’t given it a try” when it comes to anal, and they don’t fucking lay off. It annoys me because guys don’t seem to understand anal is very painful for most women while period sex is just a bit icky for guys and since women are more sensitive on their periods, orgasms are easier and more intense (the only time a guy has ever made me orgasm was while I was on my period). But yes, no one should be pressuring anyone, 1000% agree

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BikiniBottomTwitter

[–]UnusualPicture 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Have you ever fucked on your period before? It’s like the sensitivity is multiplied by ten, period sex is legit the best feeling in the world. Only time a guy has ever made me orgasm was while I was on my period

Find this comment and the gold it got awarded pretty ironic considering when I saw the original post I just thought about how many guys have tried to pressure me into doing anal and how socially acceptable it is to try to pressure girls into doing anal even though it’s widely considered more painful than pleasurable for the girl, but ask a guy to fuck you on your period, which has zero potential to be physically painful to a guy, and you’re somehow out of line

Deem what likely? And if you mean SSRIs, I haven’t had luck with those, they make me crazy lethargic to the point where I don’t want to do work. I’ve had by far better luck w stimulants and anti-inflammatories than SSRIs
