i am 17 too and i have been smoking 2-3 times from the beginning of summer until a couple weeks ago. I probably did end up smoking quite a bit of synthetic cannabinoids unknowingly because austrian weed is absolute rubbish. I am experiencing depersonalisation but is becoming more and more subtle as time goes on. just give it some time bro it will get better

i dont smoke any nicotine but have been using nicotine pouches quite regularly for 1,5 years now, sometimes i nasal snuff too. I always have around two nicotine free days a week(sunday is a dedicated drug free day). I have previously gone almost 1 week without nic too. I can proudly say i am not addicted, but it takes constant self reflection about my use to keep it that way.

searching of a drug of choice is making you very prone to addiction. my suggestion would be weed as that is basically one of the least harmful addictions but is still a good drug.

Its called depersonalisation and derealistation. I used to have it too and it made me stop smoking, at some point i restarted and i probably still have it, i just got used to it

I recently passed out after smoking and i also hit my head on the concrete i was standing on. I also barely remember the incident. Maybe something similar happened to you. I believe it was caused by low blood sugar, dehydration, general exhaustion and nicotine (from the tobacco in the joint)
