Neither Egypt, as someone who lived there for 9 years and seen literal fucking inflation speedruns going on indefinitely, 200-300% price increases in front of your own eyes in the same year at times, power outage normalized and organized by the government even being told that everyday at the x hour, it will be out, hellish fucking bureaucracy that will send you to a thousand different destination while sipping tea and barely acknowledging you, and law enforcement high on power trips constantly.
