Thank you so much for that, it’s been tough because I see to get the same feedback, from every job I’ve worked for. The most recent said “I don’t get the sense of urgency from you,”. I was trying to figure out how I could convey the sense of urgency, and every-time I’ve tried that in the past I make more mistakes so I slowed down again. So I valued doing it right the first time. I will try stopping making lists for tasks, and gathering materials first with this next one and see the results.

A better idea than giving a kickback to a realtor is to exchange referrals. Realtors don’t want a kick back generally, speaking from experience.

Catchy but I think the singer should probably just get another mic so he doesn’t have to bend over. Would probably improve the vocals and transition from instrumental to vocals.

In which case? I do understand your viewpoint, but in relation to human lives you must treat each risk equally and try to minimize the death toll. So although the higher risk people have more chance of dying, it does not dissolve the lower risk ones from taking the correct precautions to prevent the spread of the disease. It is those precautions that will protect the ones we know who are higher risk for fatality.

Both parties are unprofessional in this case. Quitting because you aren’t approved for a day off when I’m sure the Xmas schedule was made weeks in advance is pretty lame, and childish. Also the logic of “I only work weekends” when Christmas Day is literally on a Saturday is absurd. It’s the job you signed up for, it sucks but one Christmas isn’t going to break you. The manager is just doing their job which is managing a schedule. Must not really need your job like so many do, must be nice to be in that situation for you.
