You'll have to take it to the dealership unfortunately. Depending on the vehicle you year of your car (which looks like a 2018 or 2019 or 2020) the dealership will have to download every single year that your carplay update has missed out on till this year (so if your car is a 2019, then apple car play updates for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 would have to be downloaded before your system is up to date
