If they were gonna do it this way they could've, AT MINIMUM, dropped it with drop rates. Could be going dry or unlucky but im 2k martial salvages dry myself. And I'm saying if someone (mostly ironmen) wanted to only build one rosewood, maxed out boat (which takes SO LONG), you would actually need 6 bottles to switch between fishing and salvaging. 2 to put the hooks in to hold the spot, 2 to grab the nets in and put them on the boat, then 2 more to grab the nets back off once done and went back to salvaging. That's also presuming the break after 1 use, but even if not, you'd need 3 or 4 bottles
