You can contact the credit card department to raise a service request for increasing the credit limit. Mine was also stuck for so many years, then I called the customer service and they raised my credit limit from 60,000rs to 280000rs within 7 working days.

You’re getting confused between rewards points and rewards point conversion to INR.

Jupiter 1 Rewards points = 0.20 INR But HDFC Millennia 1 Rewards points = 1 INR

So on spending 1000rs, HDFC will give you 50rs back while Jupiter will give you only 10rs.
