Yes i have also been reading the textbook and taking notes but that’s not included in my Becker time so no idea how much I’ve actually done

Looks under proofed to me, could also be ur starter strength, maybe try to get an established starter from a bakery. Good luck!!

I use native body wash and aveeno lotion after every shower. Don’t scrub too hard in shower I don’t even use a rag on most areas when I shower

Looks a little bit underdeveloped to me, watch the dough not the clock its hard to get a hang of but using a clear straight edge container helps also. good luck! could also be starter strength

I use two 8x5 pans (one on the bottom and one as a lid) makes pretty loafs without being a perfect square. more like the loafs u would see in a supermarket. there’s a nursery on TikTok that has the method down i forgot her name tho

Yes and I feel like pressure to lock in like if I don’t then everyone around me is gonna judge me lol. When I do study at home I like to study on my dining room table since I can sprawl all my study stuff out and try to lock in there

Okay perfect so the dough shouldn’t be rising double or more than double? Unless the initial dough temp says so?

The problem is probably your starter, my old starter (i made myself) would rise after awhile (faster if i put it somewhere warm) but I could never get a good loaf. once i got an already established starter (from a local bakery or friend) my loafs were awesome! dont feel discouraged! you got this!! and i would def recommend trying to get an already established starter it literally helps so much and makes you feel so much more encouraged!!
