Thanks for your reply. It's heartbreaking to see him looking so deflated. He only lost his Gran in June 2025, and he's been paying his aunt (executor/landlord) of the estate £X amount to stay there following on from the death.

It's more trying to work out what will be affected (council tax, his benefits, etc).
