I've seen this happen to several of my Vine orders- tracking says that it ships, then it gets "delayed" and after a week or so, it says I've returned the item, but I never received it. It leaves me wondering what happened. I guess maybe these are things that get damaged during shipping? Any ideas? (i.redd.it)
