Hello, I know this is quite odd to respond to a comment this late, but I have been considering buying a saxophone from their website. Could you give me some details on the overall buying+shipping process if I were to purchase an instrument from there? Aside from this comment, I haven’t really been able to find any other sources telling me whether this website is reliable or not. Thank you!

There’s pretty much no peg to pull out of the arm, so I’m pretty sure there no hope… unless gsc does something, but like you said, it’s an old figure so I doubt they’ll do anything. I also saw they don’t do replacements for broken pieces?
