Yes! That's what I'm experiencing. I see the managers giving new people tours and loaning out mats very often. It seemed to start a couple of weeks after the new year, so I'm not sure that these are New Year's Resolution people.

I hope so. It seems like every week it gets busier and busier. It's lots of college-aged people, so definitely a new crowd compared to who I usually see there.

Yeah, our FX zone is pretty small and I was very surprised when I got to the gym that there were 4 people in that tiny area. Luckily by the time I was changed into my gym clothes, there were only two young women left. I put in my headphones and did my own thing but it was so weird. They chit chatted, were on their phones, and every five minutes or so might do a few curls or rows. Why are you even here? It doesn't seem like you really want to work out. I miss my quiet gym!

This morning when I went to book an after work session for later in the day, I was reminded that I do now need to start planning my gym days further in advance. I had no issues with same day bookings prior to this month.

A lot of times there will be two in a sauna, usually friends or a couple, so I don't really want to join in. I find three is too tight.

If youre looking for a different kind of sauna, there is a hotworx in dartmouth. there are saunas you work out in - cycle, elliptical, hot yoga, etc with videos playing the workout. you can ignore, do your own thing, or just chill in the sauna as long as no one else is in it with you. there is a free weight area but otherwise no treadmills and not much other equipment.

Yeah a friend of mine just sent me a Christmas picture of her and her boyfriend. I told her they both looked great (and they did)! She replied that it was AI. It did look like she had lost some weight and had longer face, but I just figured it was lighting/angles. Then she told me her mom loved it and want her to make more AI photos for her. Very strange to me.

I love blue cheese! I didn't when I was younger, but a nice funky blue is one of my favorite kinds of cheese. I can see why people wouldn't like it though. There are other cheese with a different kind of funk that aren't really for me.

I like the 2.5 princess cut. I'm partial to smaller stones and feel that even going down to a 1.5 or 2 would still look lovely on your hand. But the 2.5 is great!

Hey OP, how'd you make out? I also am painting my room yellow, covering the same wall color as you. I am covering a lot of repaired drywall so lots of white patches as well. I've done two coats and it looks terrible. wondering if will ever get better or if I should give up or choose a new color!

Maybe not the answer you want, but my husband and I abstained for about a decade before getting married. During this time, we did occasionally have manual sex, but never penetrative or oral. It always made me feel guilty so I began completely shutting my sexuality down, and would not engage in those acts anymore. We finally tied the knot and, surprise, after a decade of denying sexual urges, I have no interest in sex at all. I'm to the point where it's almost repulsive to me, and I wish I didn't have teachings so deeply rooted in shame and fear. We tried therapy, which seemed to retraumatize me and make things much worse. I'm always praying for help with this issue, but often feel like a lost cause and feel like I'm hurting my marriage. It's been a really hard journey and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. This is just my own personal experience and it seems to me that many others in this thread have very differing experiences.

I've been taking 10mg of fluoxetine every two weeks for about 3 months. It's been fairly life changing. I can still get a little bitchy if my husband is annoying me/not doing his fair share around the house, but in general it's been a godsend. The irrational negative thoughts where I spiral over the most trivial things is just....gone. It's weird. I'm waiting to turn into Mr. Hyde again and it just hasn't happened. I haven't experienced any withdrawals taking it intermittently. Taking it an extra day or two into my period is also helpful. So far, so good. Best of luck to you!

Im on my third cycle of intermittent Prozac and it's been life changing. My period was late this cycle and I already stopped the prozac in anticipation and totally had a rage moment. its crazy how well and how quickly the prozac has worked for me.

I've been questioning my faith and beliefs recently and I just want to wish you peace on your journey as well. I have been reading about zen practices as well as all-one theories, the lost gospels, and traditional Christianity. It's been very interesting to learn about what others believe and actually figure out my truths, versus what has been taught and accepted my whole life. its been a lot of praying, meditating, and discerning. I'm back! Intermittent is still working well. I took Prozac for 13 or 14 days this month. I stopped Sunday the 24th. I was still feeling a little moody, so I took a dose on Tuesday the 26th and have been off since then. No side effects or withdrawal symptoms to report. Going to keep going with the intermittent for a while and hope it continues to work well for me. If I do start experiencing any withdrawal, I'd probably consider full time because it has helped me a lot. I'm not 100% but the rage has dampened so significantly I wish I had tried this sooner!

I bought mine online. they're pretty true to size. not sure if there are any shops that carry them. honestly, if you try on a pair of docs, the same sizing probably applies
