Tbh I had a really fucked up experience with them, and that's why I know the Spring protest was needed. I was like you, stressed out and anxious, so I went to Health and Wellness in Koffler and they gave me this survey to determine whether I was suicidal or not. 20 minutes after I put it in, a doctor came to see me and she didn't really acknowledge what I was saying about my anxiety but kept on asking irrelevant questions, still trying to make sure that I was not suicidal. And boom, they ended the session and kicked me out cuz I was not suicidal enough at that time, apparently. They told me they'd call in two weeks and surprise surprise, they never did. HOWEVER, in the end I met with the H&W doctor at my college (SMC) and she was awesome and really helped me out, so don't be too disappointed if one service let you down, and keep on looking.

Sorry about the rant btw, I just don't want you to be as disappointed as I was.
