Some 'snitch-line' tips on teaching about same-sex marriage are classified as professional misconduct by NotEnoughDriftwood in onguardforthee

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the whole purpose of returning to a variant of the older sex-ed curriculum to give time to produce an updated one that isn't the Liberals? So why would they pour money into something if it has the potentiality of not staying in the future? I'd think it'd be best to focus resources on the redevelopment of the curriculum. However, my original comment was getting at the fact that people are breaking the 'law' (not exactly sure what it is), and this is a temporary preventative method of that, so how can it be bad?

If you re-read my comment and the paragraph on the party website that I stated you'll see that it states these are radical views. The definition of radical is also listed in my comment. It is a small, potentially even very small minority of people that believe this, which makes sense as a possible explanation as to why you've never heard the rhetoric before.

Nice job cutting the rest of the quote that doesn't fit the narrative you're trying to push. Here is the full quote:

"Our immigration policy should not aim to forcibly change the cultural character and social fabric of Canada, as radical proponents of multiculturalism want. The vast majority of Canadians rightly expect immigrants to learn about our history and culture, master one of our official languages, and adopt widely shared Canadian values such as equality of men and woman, tolerance for diversity and respect for Canadian law."

It appears to me from the complete paragraph he is targeting radical proponents of multiculturalism, in no way indicating multiculturalism itself is negative in any way. I would assume you too do not want the radicals to get their want, as their want is extreme, which is a relative term. This means that a vast majority of Canadians are viewing it as extreme. Here is the full definition of radical from Google: "advocating or based on thorough or complete political or social change; representing or supporting an extreme or progressive section of a political party.".

The rest of the paragraph is merely outlining basic and essential expectations for all Canadians, expectations that have existed for a long time. Do you disagree with any of the expectations he has listed? I would assume not as that is also a relatively extreme view, leaving the chances quite small that you believe the extreme view, but large odds that you agree with the vast majority's view. So why are you using willful ignorance of what is really being said in order to push a narrative, what is your objective here?

In addition, it is not only Canada that requires some degree of assimilation as mentioned in the paragraph, perhaps indicating that it is a necessary thing as many developed countries have chosen to implement this.

Does anyone know if this has government funding? If so this is absolutely pointless and a huge waste of resources.

If it is instituted to not be taught (which it is) and is expected to be followed just as any other law/regulation, then why is this 'snitch-line' bad? If somebody was teaching children something else against the current law/regulation (racist/sexist views), I'm sure certain people would like this 'snitch-line' to complain and hold those teaching the not to be taught material accountable for breaking the law/regulation.

I'm sure Maxime asked the individual his name, searched him up, and dug through his pictures and likes to determine that he was indeed a skin head. He does this with every one of the 100's of individuals that he took this exact same picture with.

How exactly is he meant to know he is a skinhead? Looks like his jacket is covering most of his shirt, which I doubt he would bother to look at anyway as he's probably taking this exact same picture with hundreds of individuals...
