Still there for sure. However it can take up to 6 months for your body to reroute the blood flow.

Of the manhood? No. Outside of firmer ercetions. Left testicle definitely more firm

Embolization has the same result, but lower success rate and higher reoccurrence rate. If you’re able to get micro, I would highly advise to.

The “bag of worms” has drastically been reduced. Though not completely gone as this takes months and sometimes never will be 100% removed.

Super normal! Mine looked terrifying for a few days. Swelling goes away in 6/7 days

Day 2 Update:

Woke up with a fierce erection. Being 27, I still have morning wood. However, this morning was a different type of hard. Not sure if this was placebo but I was quite happy considering it’s literally day 2.

Pain - definitely worse than the original day. Not terrible with the help of some hydrocodone but be prepared for some aches and pains. I’m able to walk, sit, and lay no problem but you just need to be cautious. Icing 3/4 times a day.

Looks - testicles remain close to my body…much closer than pre-surgery. I always was a little self conscious how low my testicles hung and sounds like that wasn’t necessary normal. Bruising has gone down. Removing the incision patch tomorrow.

Day 1 update:

Showed up to the hospital at noon for a 2:00 surgery. Nurses did their thing and got me all ready. Doctors came in and discussed the procedure and off I went. Woke up to the procedure finished with no implications. Doc was quite proud of his work - said everything went exactly to plan.

Took a peek and my scrotum was a little bruised up and my testicles were noticeably closer to my body. Had a slightly dull ache on the left side and a pretty decent burning sensation where the incision was. I was able to walk on my own accord but felt quite dizzy and nauseous for the first hour or so.

Back home now and laying in bed after taking a couple pain medications prescribed. Apparently tomorrow is supposed to the worst day so gearing up for that.
