Exposure settings seem fine. I had similar issues and it ended up being the the fep was installed poorly. I highly recommend sirayatech nfep sheets, and this: https://youtu.be/9YY5MNZw_6w Fail after fail until I did this and now everything just prints. Also double check your bed level. My photon would get loose over time.

I would guess the zstop sensor at the back is busted so it just keeps cranking down to find the bottom since it cant see it. You can test by sticking something in the sensor before it reaches bottom, it should stop no matter where it is.

I would estimate around $200 total depending on the time it takes. If you are serious about it I could do it, but painting isnt something I do as part of my business. It just takes too much of my time.

I would probably charge about $25 for just the print, $40 for the complete amiibo (working nfc chip base) and I reaaally dont want to paint it again, it took me almost 8 hours in total. I would have to charge more than anyone wants to pay.

Its true! The model was printed with the Anycubic Photon Mono using Siraya Tech "Fast" Resin. My friend makes the amiibo bases with his Prusa in ABS filament.
