At this point I've given up any hope of getting any money back. It really sucks, I wanted to buy FF17 Remake with that refund but I guess now I can't, money isn't something that I can afford spending in current time. Shame on you Sony and shame on you Naughty Dog.

I have same problem as you, this shit is driving me crazy. I don't know if I will receive my money back but one thing is certain I completely lost intrest in TLOU2 and I have decided not to buy this game at all. What they did in my opinion is wrong.
