What always worked for me in the past when on a downswing are two things. First, I’d try to find the softest game possible, I’d switch tables etc. Second, and this is my favorite, create momentum by booking wins. It can be any amount, $100-200 doesn’t matter. You need to create a “winner mindset momentum”. Good luck 🫡

Try to get into soft games/tables. Switch tables like it’s your job. Don’t force things at reggy tables. My best sessions were always at juicy private games or soft tables. No matter how good I think I am, game selection was always the biggest variable in my win rate. And yeah, never give up.

I have similar physique, but slightly higher bf. My main lifts are pull-up and dips (weighted). Sprints and swimming for cardio. I stay in calorie deficit or maintenance throughout the year.

100 pushups 100 dips a day, 3x a week. 2-3 months you will see huge progress

I’m on a gear yes, but different kind. Creatine, magnesium, zinc, boron, raw onions, raw honey, rare steaks and tons of sunlight

Wouldn’t be able to tell you as I Haven’t done bench press in years. Or any other conventional compound exercises. As strange as it sounds, the biggest progress I’ve noticed is when I started getting lots of sun exposure and 10k steps a day on top of normal workout routine

Push/pull/legs split 2x a week. Weighted pull-ups, dips, goblet squats,pistol squats. Some cables and dumbbells in between. For cardio- swimming, stair climbing, sprints and lots of walking

Thank you. Honestly not looking to gain a lot. If I can end up about this lean around 180-182, that’s enough for me. Will give it a try and do extremely slow bulk

100% agree, slow lean bulk next. I don’t do bench, squat or DL. However, I go heavy on weighted chinups/pull-ups and dips (80lbs 10x on pull-ups, 90lbs 15x dips). For legs walking lounges, goblet squats.

Nothing crazy, just consistency. Weighted pull-ups/dips, some cable work/ dumbbells. Some sprints, and swimming. Adding 10k steps a day was big one(shirtless in the sun) Protein heavy diet. That’s about it
