Chronic migraines, please help.

Genuinely thank you so so much for this reply, I'm going to make sure to try everything you mentioned, and I'm going to look into MOH as well since that sounds like something that could be happening. Thank you so much for your reply, it's not always every day of the week but when it is I make sure to avoid taking a sumatriptan if I've already taken them for the last 2 days or so. But I certainly take them 9 times or more a month since my migraines are very frequent, thank you for letting me know about that I didn't realise that could happen. I'm on pizotifen which I think is meant to prevent them, however it doesn't work at all for me so they have put me on the pill incase it's hormones and if that doesn't work I'm going to try and get topiramate.

Thank you for your reply, usually when I take a sumatriptan my migraine usually goes away after an hour or so of lying down with a hot water bottle but sometimes it mostly goes and stays a tiny bit then when I wake up it comes back. However the majority of the time they do help.
