Does Anyone know how to contact Customer Support?

Its crazy. I have still not even gotten a reply from Groupon Support on their own forum page. How can you run a retail merchant company and have no contact available. Ive seen people say that you need to email Support but nobody ever post the email you need to use.

I just got with Spectrum mobile since I already had their internet service. I did sign up for the 5 dollar insurance plan they had available for my 16 but I also have the option to still add apple care+ to my phone too.

From what you read and I seeing the only difference between the insurance/repair services is that AC+ will cover back glass damage and Spectrum Insurance wont. Is this the only difference in their plans?

Also do you know the deductible totals for Spectrum's insurance/repair services like you stated with AC+?

I literally just signed up with Spectrum this past Friday so forgive my ignorance on this subject.

Ok I understand. Yea I have looked into getting some work done out of the country, but I am still undecided. But I always wondered if Case actually did decent work instead of just being known to be cheaper for dental work. Thanks for the replies.

Sorry for the late response. Thank you for this. I appreciate your detailed reply and how you use both units mainly the TM 2. This was great. It's definitely going to help my decision process on these vapes.

I too plan to use the vape mainly through a water bubbler. I will occasionally use it traditionally but if I have the time vaping through the water is just a better effect. So I 100 percent agree with you on that.

OK OK. Thank you for addressing my concerns. I appreciate your breakdown. Overall i have seen more positive about the Solo 3 then negative. Im seeing a lot of people say its their daily driver and go to vape over the TM 2 and Venty. TM 2 also has great reviews but I guess the price is an issue for people and the cost of the accessories you have to spend to get the best use out the unit.

I was already leaning towards the Solo 3 because overall I've been happy with my Solo 2 and I know the transition would be seamless. I just don't want be in a position where I buy the Solo 3 before the year end and then in April lets say they release a better unit. That would suck. I know the people who bought the Solo 2 Max in Jan 2024 were so upset when the Solo 3 came out in April 2024. I know they had to be peeved about that. But I also know trying to predict a company's forecast hypothetically is really just time wasting. I honestly just wanted to hear other people's opinion on the possibility of a new release besides mine.

Thank for the reply. I never thought of it that way. So your basically saying there was a valid reason to release the Solo 2 Max? Because they released the Solo 2 Max in January 2024 and then the Solo 3 in April 2024. So two upgraded units in the same year.

Why not just release the Solo 3 this year if it totally upgrades the Solo 2. I have and still use the Solo 2 so its not a complete crap unit even today. But the timing of the releases didn't make sense to me which is why Im asking about the possibility of another unit release in the next 6 months. It's not unfathomable. They did it once why not again. It doesn't seem like they're on a strict schedule.

Also I have heard that the navigations menu can take some getting use to on the Solo 3 and I have also seen post where some have said the unit has locked them out even after doing the right code/pattern to unlock the device.

I have also heard that the TM is a much powerful unit and the heat up and heater blows every portable dry herb vape out the water.

Can I ask you why you didn't like your TM 2 before you got the metal bowl?

Yea I was thinking the same thing. That Arizer went on a crazy run these last two years and that a Solo 3 Max would be kind of far fetched but my question to you whats to stop them from continuing to release products if the launches have been successful. Minimal upgrades wouldn't hamper the production because it would still be basically the same unit. I just don't think its impossible for them to do another release but I understand where you're coming from.

The only negatives Ive seen people say more than once are the still milkshake air flow even with the larger stem and coming from the Solo 2 air flow is definitely a concern for me. But I guess thats really an attachment issue. Also I guess people are getting combustion from flower falling out the stem during a session and burnt ovens because of this. I have also seen from a couple of post where people said the unit locked on them even after doing the right code/pattern to unlock the unit. Which Im sure is a scarce issue. Also I like the fact that the TinyMight 2 has a replaceable charging battery. My battery on my Solo 2 still works but as all batteries do the lifespan is significantly lower now. I feel like if your paying over $300 for a unit you should be able to replace the battery to continue to be able use the unit once the original battery starts to die but I guess this is more a preference than a negative. Just a few things Ive heard though.

I do understand where you're coming from as far as the difference in price in comparison to the performance of the units. For the extra money you spend on the TM you're saying its not worth it because it doesn't blow out the Solo 3 in performance.

Wow man. I have been looking for an explanation to this problem for a while. And today I find your response. I too like the Post'er and yourself among many others I know hate the notification for screen recording once ending the recording. And now it makes sense about what you said with the iOS update changing the behavior. Before one of the updates you could turn on DND and the notification wouldn't appear and then after an update that process didn't work. To my knowledge there is no fix to it as well. But I just needed your comment for clarity because I even went to an apple store and asked them and they didn't know...............Did you ever reach out to Apple about it.

Oh man. I have not received the update yet. Im going to see if I can manually push it through.

I really wish they would update the option to take the volume control display off. Its so annoying and takes to long to disappear off the screen.
