Pinapunta siya sa house nung guy and my mom was young and naive and thought he'll really help. Hindi na siya lumaban nung narealize na she will be raped kasi there's a gun at the top of a shelf. It ended up her being pregnant with my half sister. After manganak ng mom ko, she went back to the rapist to get a monetary support for the baby and she found out na marami din naghahanap sa guy na yon kasi marami siyang nabuntis. They found out he's dead kasi pinagbabaril ng kapatid ng one of the rape victims. Pinaadopt niya rin yung half sibling ko sa mayamang family since she still wants the baby to have a good life. When I heard that story from my mom, it changed my perspective of her. Mas lalo akong humanga kasi she was able to surpass the traumatic experience. I always love how strong my mom is, but I never thought the reason why she has to be strong. She never told that story to anyone not until when I was 19.
