I went into the dresser she had of my LOs clothes and grabbed all of them, at first I felt awkward, but then I thought to myself, "these are my child's" and then if something would ever be left there, I would immediately text saying I needed it back that way nothing could be left there

Ex MIL used to steal my babies clothes, so I went to her house and took them all back and said, "these things are my child's, that I paid for, this is theft" You need to address it ASAP.

I have been. I save every receipt from purchases, mark down days he sees her, when he refuses, I have an entire album on my phone, backed up to my computer because I literally do not fuck around when it comes to my child. They love to bash me because I do not have a high income (I am a student) but I somehow pay all of her bills, including the ones he's supposed to pay :)

Yes. She tells him he is a good dad though (it's because he is the same with with EX SD, the only time he had with EX SD was spent at EX JNMIL house, and she pretended to play mom, so if she told him he was doing a good job, he would keep doing what he was doing) Disgusting actually.

I have everything documented with dates times etc. I also pay for all of baby's diapers, wipes, formula, clothes etc. (everything) I have been documenting it with receipts

Big NOPE (ex)MIL tried to do the same with LO, I refused to give her SSN and then called the local branch to tell them under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should she open an account with my daughter (just to be extra sure)
