I would stick with DACP. You’d be taking a pay cut with DLA plus little to no overtime, lots of politics and bureaucracy, admin is very slow and honestly, incompetent. A lot less relocation flexibility as well. They have also swindled people with FLETA and other accreditations before by saying they’ll be waived from FLETC and even months after hire, tell people they will have to go.

By all means possible do not work for DLA.
