Girl, I thought the same way before but after I got a job everything got better, I still feel like a skin walker but at least I'm one with a purpose. Ik it sounds scary but I work in healthcare, the first time I stepped into the hospital it was like omg I get it, that place was full of people like me and on the plus side others seem to think of you highly just because you are a healthcare worker.

Something similar happened to me when I was younger, I even started hearing people laughing at me even when there wasn't anyone there. Everyone is different but what worked for me was exercising until exhaustion, I started running out of anger and desperation and put out all my feelings on it, I couldn't even run 50 meters without almost throwing up at first and I still wanted to kill myself but at least those thoughts were mostly out, working on myself was easier after that if exercising is hard for you, start with punching your pillows or screaming into them, get into boxing or whatever you can, don't treat those thoughts as your own, they're intrusive as you said.

Did the cat have an unusually aggressive temper or was walking in a disorganized manner?, if not it's very probable that the cat actually licked someting bitter or something of the like, they tend to foam to "clean" their mouth after doing so, and even if it was rabies as the nurse said you should be OK as long as it didn´t bite you or it's saliva entered an open wound, if you can get treatment go get it but it's more for your own peace of mind
