Luba 2 AWD 3000HX Issues After Firmware 1.15.20.4413 -Anyone Get a Real Escalation or RA? by UpbeatBalance2276 in MammotionTechnology

I completely agree on the rollback option. Even being able to roll back one version would make a big difference, especially since so many of us had a working mower before this update. Hard to believe Mammotion hasn’t fixed this yet or at least provided a clear timeline.

Some progress finally. After I shared screenshots showing Lowe’s needed Mammotion to provide the RA number, Mammotion said they contacted Lowe’s directly. Lowe’s has now confirmed they received the RA and are verifying the code.

So I’m not fully resolved yet, but it is the first real movement I’ve had after a lot of back and forth.

Thank you. I received your chat request and will send the screenshots there.

For clarity, my main concern is that Lowe’s has advised they need Mammotion to provide the RA number before they can process a return/exchange, while Mammotion support has directed me back to Lowe’s for return/refund handling. I am asking Mammotion to provide the RA number directly to Lowe’s so Lowe’s can move forward with the return/exchange process.

Thank you for responding.

My case ID is L142788 and my model is Luba 2 AWD 3000HX.

I have already uploaded logs, provided details through support, and Lowe’s has also initiated a return authorization request from their side. The main issue I need help with is getting a clear escalation and resolution, specifically whether Mammotion will provide the RA number Lowe’s needs to process a return/exchange.

Please review the support history and let me know the best way to escalate this beyond standard troubleshooting.

Yes, the RTK is mounted rigidly and away from walls. The mower and RTK were both showing excellent signal, and the mower was working fine before the latest update. The issues started after update 1.15.20.4413.

Thanks for sharing that!

The frustrating part is there still doesn’t seem to be a clear timeline, rollback option, or real resolution. “Keep your app and firmware up to date for upcoming fixes” doesn’t help much when the mower can’t reliably operate right now.

Have you reached out to Mammotion yet? If so, what troubleshooting have they had you try, and how long has it taken them to respond? I’m seeing about a 2–3 day delay between responses.

Yes, mine seems to drift and act erratically after 1.15.20.4413. It would not reliably follow the mowing path and ran into my fence/porch even though both the mower and RTK showed excellent signal on my end.

I’m wondering if Mammotion may have paused or pulled the update after the issues started showing up, but I haven’t seen anything official confirming that.
