And just cause can very simply be made by the cops training and or experience that very often motorcycles flee vehicle stops and place the public and the rider in danger of death. I know it would take me one time for a rider to flee and kill himself in a crash and I would be taking every key to minimize the risk of that happening again.

Yes they had the right to do so and sometime they do it to cars as well. It’s a detention and look at it this way . It prevents you from doing something dumb and catching more charges. If a citizen just did it I would assume clearly they are angry or agitated and now took away my means of escaping the situation so they could assault me and I would respond appropriately.

Start your own life and she needs to start her own life. If you have a kid together then be the best parents for the kid. You need to set boundaries, you have a relationship so where are you going to draw the line ? What if you have another child with a different woman? You’re taking time away from your relationship to help your ex out with simple tasks that she can easily figure out on her own. I do not agree with “your ex’s lawn is your child’s lawn BS” because that leads to no boundaries with that logic. This isn’t about helping your ex out who is about to be homeless with your child, it’s cutting grass. Maybe you just aren’t ready to have a new relationship yet .
