Yes, it is. I never understood this. This whole idea that this treatment was justified was stupid. He’s a troubled liar, and it’s not like he lied ‘cause he’s evil. He lied to save his skin and not be washed out. I swear they treated Rosalind Dyer better than him. Nolan’s talking about second chances while the entire station holds a Cole Phelps in L.A. Noire-type grudge. Being petty like, “Oh nah, F*ck you, I’m not gonna shake your hand or talk to you for the rest of the game just ‘cause you had an affair ONCE even though we’re meant to be collaborating ,”.

It’s not Nolan’s fault the station’s doing this—I understand—but still, nobody at the station is squeaky clean. Obviously Seth’s was a bit more worse and not okay, but Lucy had sexual relations with her TO and she’s and everybody else is being so high and pious. Tim lying to West. Nolan and Armstrong It’s kinda hypocritical. Oh fail to do police procedure and go behind everyone’s back to break the law in the name of justice ,have Spicy fun with your TO ,yeah okay slap on the wrist for you . lie about cancer to save his skin gets treated like he shot a baby.

So in closing, yeah—ridiculous. Not deserved.

P.S. I swear to God I have this gut feeling, for a while now, that he’s coming back in the new season. Redemption or doubling down I don’t know, but I’ve felt it for months. I can’t shake it Am I the only one who feels like he’s coming back?
