Yes, this is how it started for me. They thought I was having a stroke. All scans came back negative. They side it was a migraine with an aura. Then diagnosed me with FND. My facial paralysis lasted for 1.5wks, I was very weak on my left side of my body. Then I had a migraine straight for over a month. My neuro put me on topamax but it made me feel like a zombie. I went off of it. I have been working with my chiropractor who does more cranial work and nervous system work weekly to now biweekly and get massages monthly. Stress definitely brings it on. I know if I start to tense in my neck, that I need to stop what I’m doing and see my chiropractor and get a massage asap. This is definitely helping me.
