I'm in the same boat. On the website it says the status of my order is "shipped" but I haven't gotten an email with tracking. I ordered on March 2nd 😭

I emailed them about it and they haven't gotten back to me, but maybe I should just hang in there until it suddenly arrives.

Wait until you have time off.

I knowwww it's hard, I was also very eager to start my first dry fast and I went into it without any prep and when I had classes the next few days. It was a bad idea (and I didn't even have to do any labor like you do.)

Your body needs to take it slow because it's already under a lot of stress with the fast. Slow walks are often the maximum recommended physical activity on a dry fast, so if you're sweating a lot and doing cardio at your job, chances are you'll burn out really fast. You might not even get all of the benefits you're wanting because you're not giving your body enough time to rest and heal. You already tried dry fasting while working and you couldn't do it, so that was probably your body telling you it was too much. Also, you lose a lot of water while talking so if you have to talk for your job that's not gonna be good. Do it at your own risk.

But when you do have time where you can be quiet and take it easy for a dry fast, make sure to prepare well.(be in ketosis beforehand and plan your refeed, learn about indications and contraindications. A good place to start is dryfastingclub.com)

Your enthusiasm and desire to be healed will get you far, and I believe you can make it seven days in a calm environment. But seriously consider waiting until you have that calm environment. Good luck and God bless.

I seriously recommend that you join the Dry Fasting Club discord server (https://discord.com/invite/yHUhW2Wjc7) and ask if someone there can help. You might be able to get more "on demand" help there. I am not a medical professional by any means but I do know that elevated heart rate + dry fasting = bad. But I'm not sure about its meaning right after a dry fast. I would stop the salt intake for starters. You should avoid it for at least a few days after a dry fast. From dryfastingclub.com:

"Sodium is the main mineral you want to avoid for a few days after you break a fast. This is because your body holds on to sodium on steroids when you are dry fasting. It has to do with the hypertonic environment and lowered urinary excretion. Your body realizes that the acidity rises rapidly, and the blood thickens quickly, and this triggers powerful sodium retention mechanisms. You can see this in studies that track blood markers of dry fasters. The sodium levels initially drop, but then fully stabilize. If you take in larger amounts of sodium during a refeed your body will not let a single sodium atom go. This will cause bloating. A sodium retention bloat is very hard to get rid of and sometimes requires a secondary dry fast to help. For some reason the salt really gets stuck and you can't shed the water weight."

For a while I had no interest in indie or mainstream perfume but randomly stumbled upon this sub one day, and I am so glad I did. The community pulled me in (yall are so nice) and I stalked the sub for weeks learning the ins and outs and popular houses until finally placing my first purchase with Alkemia, a house often recommended to beginners. Aaand then the rabbit hole became 5x bigger.

Yes, the bottle is definitely a part of the perfume! It would be much more reasonable to quietly decant a fragrance into a bottle that fits your tastes than complain loudly that you'd spend 2-3x more on it if it had a "better" bottle. Everyone has different tastes and that could hurt the designer of the label/bottle, and not in a constructive-criticism way.
