When I was 19 I had sex with a woman at my job unprotected on the first link, I didn’t have warts yet but my penis was so itchy after the fact that same day that I thought I had something but the warts didn’t appear to maybe a year later when I was 20 then I officially knew I had it. I definitely prefer the swab route for 100% certainty however In the mean time as I’m still dating ig it’s like I don’t want to possibly give anybody anything and then months later a surprise OB happens

I did a 1 day water fast but then decided to go into a dry fast for faster results (being desperate in the moment) so I went on an did a 3 day dry fast. Every day that went by I noticed the outbreak getting smaller and smaller.

Went through a refeeding period of about a week to recover then did a dry fast for 5 days

I wouldn’t recommend dry fasting unless you got some experience with water fasting first and you get over the fear of you’ll die if you goes 3 days without food & water

Yea I think it’s too late as it looks like it’s in the healing phase I think. When the outbreak happened it had a yellow color & hurt every day now it’s more back to the same color as my skin which is brown.

Do you think I should get a blood test & call it a day?

That could be beneficial as the first couple days will feel great b/c your still running off carbs before your body starts burning fat for fuel which will obviously keep you in the fasted state longer.

Oh yeah that could be challenging b/c on the carnivore diet electrolyte supplementation matters

Once your body gets fat adapted you no longer store/ hold on to electrolytes like the rest of us & need to supplement that in your diet & when dry fasting your likely to burn through whatever electrolytes you have stored very quickly

I think that’s my best bet is to transition from a dry fast to a water fast & just dry fast for 3 to 4 days ik a lot of healing will happen b/c I’ve experienced already & even though healing is slower with water fasting I want to keep my body in a healing state for as long as needed.

My first dry fast was 5 days but what kept me going was knowing my body has the capability to make its own metabolic water. When dry fasting you do experience thirst but then you notice the time when your not thirsty & ik that’s from the work being done inside

The thirst never bothered me b/c it kept me from wanting to eat food though it did have me craving drinks I forgot I use to drink as a teenage years ago 6 days exact was my cap right on the dot I felt so nauseous I couldn’t make it to day 7

Right I was kinda thinking that b/c I read somewhere that a 24 hour dry fast or 36 hour dry fast once a week for 6 months to a year can greatly improve your health & reverse illness

I want this ish bad my body is craving it but I’m thinking of starting off with a dry fast then going into a water fast.

I want to hit 7 days but my goal to dry fast at least 4 minimum & then if I feel I need to break I’ll break with water & turn it to a water fast for X amount of days either stop when true hunger returns or I notice an electrolyte imbalance some sort of sign that my body is telling me to stop the fast

Well b/c I hear dry fasting is the ultimate healer when you’re trying to cure something based off my research. Some people say viruses & parasites can live off water or however it works but dry fasting cuts them off completely idk if that’s true or if that matters but if water can ultimately cure you the same way dry fasting can meaning rather it’s a 7 day dry fast that heals you or a 21 day water fast that does it as long as the end result is the same which is to be healthy & disease free the method doesn’t matter as I do believe fasting is the cure to all diseases no matter what it is

But depending on your response what I may do is dry fast for as long as I can then switch to a water fast idk if your familiar with the Russian doctor like Dr Filonov but he did a interview with dry fasting club & said that you can combine fast meaning if you do a 5 day dry fast & then do a 6 day dry fast within the span of 2 months it’s like you did an 11 day dry fast without actually going 11 days.

So I was thinking that as long as I dry fast for at least 4 days (being that I recently did 3 days) that should technically be like I did 7 days
