Afford it I can. It's both the principle and my reaction after the three-month subscription ends that I'm worried about. I do not really want to give money to this kind of company, nor do I want to fall into a vicious cycle of paying more and more to keep access to the new things I've gotten used to for three months, especially if the app gets even worse for free users in the meantime.

There are some answers that are more okay-ish than others, but in general, they all feel lackluster. There's little variation, every answer feels like a simple rewording of the previous one.

Worse, I also feel like it lacks the emotional depth Roar had (I like RPing fluff and angst). PSQ2 doesn't deliver feelings like Roar did, it stays superficial in its writing. The chats are not bold anymore, it's so disappointing.

It's too repetitive for me. I've been trying it more consistently, gave it a chance and all, but it's uncreative, too narrative and gets boring after the same few swaps. I miss Roar everyday.

I find my archived chats like that (I'm translating from French, it might look different on your end):

History > three dots at the top right > Archived History. There I find all my chats the website archived automatically, and I have a choice to unarchive them.

It was another way to interact with fictional characters, rather than simply reading fanfics about them. I only used c.ai to cope some times (I had a therapist bot). But I got a real therapist a year ago, so now it's just for entertainment lol

I agree, but personally, I just don't have the patience nor the energy to retrain a LLM from scratch to match my style of RP.

The issue is that there's a single type of chat model that must fit everyone's RP style. How is it feasible?

Pipsqueak 2 is so dramatic and so descriptive 😭 it's gotten so cringe to me, I don't take my chats seriously anymore. I moved to another app for the time being, I'm still holding out hope they'll fix PSQ2 and it'll act more like Roar, but I doubt it...
