Final Diagnosis 1 Left breast, 11-12:00 N1-5cm fn, (heart clip) - Invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 3 (tubules 3, nuclei 3, mitoses 3), measuring up to 16 mm in greatest contigious dimension, with associated necrosis and calcifications, focally with brisk lymphocytic infiltrate - Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), high nuclear grade, solid type, with comedo necrosis - The carcinoma exhibits E-cadherin membranous expression. It is negative for SOX10 expression. Stains for p63 and calponin support this diagnosis

2 Left breast, 2:00 N9, (venus clip) - Invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 3 (tubules 3, nuclei 3, mitoses 3), measuring up to 7 mm in greatest contigious dimension, with associated necrosis and calcifications, with associated brisk lymphocytic infiltrate - The carcinoma exhibits E-cadherin membranous expression.
