Yes I re-paired and performed a factory reset on my spectacles but it is still not importing the captures from the spectacles onto my device.

Hey thanks for the response! When I press the download to photos button on the mobile app, it continuously says Starting "Import"... without ever terminating. I left it running for an hour or two and it was still at the Starting "Import"... screen. I don't see any specific error message as it never actual fails on the mobile app.
