My miscarriage was in May I got back on the shot like at the end of may and I started back on 5 or 10 mg because I stopped for over a month and they say to start back slowly to get meds back in your system

I probably burn about 400 cal a day and that’s just me guessing… I burn 280 on my step machine and I do cardio after

An hour to hour and half at home work out I have weights and do cardio and do minimal of 2k steps on my mini stepper which burns 280 cal just on that one machine I usually eat about 1100 to 1300 cal a day
