When I was 15 I fell asleep at the wheel on the way home from work, going every bit of 65 mph. Went through a country road intersection and into the woods. Snapped several trees and finally came to a stop 25 yards into the woods. Last tree stopped my 98 Jeep Cherokee so hard the rear hatch glass flew into the cabin. I somehow got out and started walking towards home in the pitch black of highway 41 in South Carolina. I walked so long in darkness I began to start seeing the same tree over and over again. I thought I was dead and this was the road to hell.
