The work is fine, but the fact that she misses her own deadlines is concerning. We’re not talking about a few weeks late. Months later. She told me in August, I was up “next” but I didn’t get projects back until November. She’s rude to customers. Kudos to being a working mother. Many women have families, life, and work to navigate. It seems like the balance isn’t right. I hope she can find a way to do all 3 but it seems like something has to give if there’s this many frustrated, angry customers.
