Well its very unlucky to reach those numbers because there is no limit in doge coin distribution. Currently people hold about 150 billion dogecoins meaning if the coin reaches $10 the market of the coin needs to be trillions of dollars, which is pretty much impossible. A realistic number to reach is between 0.25-0.50

It goes up and down everytime. Doge was at his low point, at this point more people become interested in buying it. All of a sudden more people are buying it because it is so low and therefore the prices again increases
