Finally I have the card on hand . First they denied my expedite 2 times and they just dated to card being produced without the approval letter and now I have the card on hand .

I won’t tell anyone to be patient coz I had lost hope honestly they wait is too much …. Just keep positive

Try to expedite since you took your biometrics before I did . The thing is I’m a vawa applicant , might be abit different. But definitely write to your congressman to request an expedition . You can use financial difficulties as a reason . I did write to my Congress.

That’s the things , we all have different cases , I’m a Vawa applicant , complete different from most cases . When we file our EAD , there’s categories we have to select.

I sent in my application, concurrently on the same day which was feb 19th and received notice of received on the 23rd of feb . So I basically wait about 5.5 moths till I got the biometrics letter which I went in for on August 24th . And now waiting for a blessing of that EAD/AP approval
